WHITSTABLE STREET PASTORS
We started to set up in 2011 and commenced patrols in 2012. We are a little different from other teams in that we patrol from 7pm to midnight and a key element of our mission is to listen care and help those who are on the beach at Whitstable.
We are a registered Charity and have been made very welcome as part of the “heartbeat” of the community in Whitstable
What We Do

Street Pastors
Street Pastor initiatives are established in towns and cities by bringing the local church together and working in partnership with Police and Council. We call it the Urban trinity.

School Pastors
Aberdeen School Pastors work in a local school to build and develop relationships with the pupils and staff to encourage the pupils to positively relate to peers, teachers and the wider community.

Safe Space
Within Safe Space we can provide first aid, a warm drink and a listening ear in a cosy environment. Many people now know we are based there and will seek us out if they are in need of help.
