Councillor Gathern Ashford Street Pastors Appointment

Ashford Street Pastors is pleased to announce the appointment of Councillor Gathern. Councilor Sally Gathern has accepted the position of Liaison Member to the Ashford Street Pastors Committee.

On 11 December 2025, Ashford Borough Council’s Selection and Constitutional Review Committee formally ratified the update of this appointment. Their decision reaffirming the Council’s ongoing support for the work of Ashford Street Pastors.

The Council had previously appointed Members to the Management Committee. However, these arrangements concluded as part of the wider review of appointments undertaken in 2024. We are delighted that this refreshed liaison role has now been re-established. We look forward to working closely with Councillor Gathern in the months and years ahead.
