Ayr & Prestwick

“Street Pastors is about Christians rolling up their sleeves and getting involved in practically responding to the problems of crime and safety. They are like beacons on our streets and I want to see them shining brightly in every constituency.”

David Burrowes, Patron of Ascension Trust

The Ayr and Prestwick Street Pastors were commissioned on 5th December 2015, with a service to rival that of any night club atmosphere but also importantly we had a time of quiet prayer before we hit the streets with butterflies in our tummies and our hearts beating like mad.

We’ve all learnt so much and it has been great fun putting it into practice in our communities, we are constantly surprised at how much people really appreciate us and what we do by listening, caring and helping.
