Becoming a Street Pastor

To become a Street Pastor an applicant must have been a committed Christian for at least a year, be a member of a local church, be able to provide a positive reference from his/her minister, a character reference, be at least age 18 (with no upper limit!), undergo a DBS (formerly CRB) check and participate in a training course.

Once the initial training has been completed a Street Pastor usually commits to a one monthly patrol in the night-time community.

Our next training will be held in Spring 2021, dates to be confirmed closer to the time. Please note the training dates are Saturday and Sunday 9.30am to 4.30pm.
