Chandler's Ford Street Pastors

Goodbye to Chandler’s Ford Street Pastors

Friday 2nd July 2010 saw the launch of Street Pastors in Chandler’s Ford. Volunteers from the local churches walked out onto the streets to talk with, listen to and offer practical help to the people they met.

After 9 years serving our community, the Chandler’s Ford Street Pastors wish it to be known that they have decided that they have completed their mission on the streets for the time being and that their last patrol was on the 30th August 2019.

During their mission they, and the Prayer Pastors, have had the privilege of serving the local community on Friday nights, and are grateful for the support from local churches, police and councils during this time.

If you would like more information about the Street Pastor movement, or to be put in touch with another local group, please go to the main site: www.ascensiontrust.org.uk.
