Statistics show that there are alarmingly high figures for young men 25-35 years old taking their own lives.  Often those close to them have no idea how they are suffering on the inside because they have bottled everything up inside and told no one.  We can all help by being aware of changes in the mood or outlook of our friends, by asking directly if they are OK, by being a good listener and showing that you are interested in their well being.

If you need someone to talk to, our street pastors are out in town every Saturday night and they are very good listeners.  Sometimes just talking can help you get things into perspective.  It’s good to talk.
