As Street Pastors we go out on a Saturday night and offer support; a listening ear, an offer of practical assistance or a smile. We attempt to go down “EVERY Street” – so here we are doing exactly that!!!

We definitely see some challenging sites – no more so than these road signs ????

This May we  were able to be out for three saturdays. Below are some of our highlights.

• We offered 49 volunteer hours to our city
• We collected 129 bottles or pieces of glass that kept our streets safer
• We spoke with with over 70 people
• We gave directions to 18 different people who were new to the city
• We de-escalated a difficult aggressive situation

We held our annual AGM where we appointed new management committee members and said goodbye to some long serving members.
