Despite the cold weather our patrol on Friday was a busy one. Four of us patrolled in and around Piccadilly, Printworks and the Northern Quarter. We met lots of people and had some great conversations, including several with door-staff who were welcoming and appreciated us being there. We had food, water, gloves and scarves for the homeless, and also met up with ‘Cold Nights’, another group who were caring for the homeless. A remarkable feature of the night was the record number of 93 glass bottles picked up!
