The commissioning service for the first Pontypridd Street Pastors was held on 19th October with representatives from the Police, the Local Authority, Local Churches and the Ascension Trust. The commissioning was done by Mark Thomas who is part of the Ascension Trust and lives in Bridgend.

The first Street Pastors will go out on the street on Saturday 27th October, please do keep supporting and praying for this new initiative in Pontypridd.
