A very quiet evening was had by the Richmond Street Pastors this Friday evening. Most of the evening was spent walking round Richmond checking on the homeless, who were numerous on this evening; curled up in different doorways to keep out of the cold.
But, as the evening turned into early morning it got quite busy. The whole of viva had been booked for a private 18th birthday party so about 2am lots of young people tumbled out onto the streets. In good humour but no unruliness. Lots of cheerful banter was exchanged and slowly people meandered home.
