Street Pastors are trained volunteers from local churches who care about our community.
We are usually on patrol from 10:30 pm every Saturday night, calling by all of the pubs and clubs in the City Centre, being present at empting out time in the Calenick Street and St Mary’s Street areas.
We also patrol on key dates over the Christmas and New Year period.
We are there to care for, listen to, and help people who are out on the streets.
We are led by our Management Board and our local coordinator, as well as having support from local churches and community groups in partnership with the police, local council and other statutory agencies.
