It was a surprisingly warm day as we entered the Academy. Victoria and Wayne were present.

It was good to be there as the students were a little playful with us but we soon settled in to conversations with them as we usually do. We met many old friends and mad some new ones also but the students were kind enough not to make us speak until we were horse on this occasion.

As we moved into the Satellite we were surprised at the number of students we had. As we spoke to the head teacher we found that the high number was part of the schools policy of keeping good students in check so many of the offences are relatively minor. This policy seems to work if the Academies exam results say anything about this. The academic record of the school is improving over time and we are pleased to play a role in that success.
