Our Lincoln Street Pastors are one unit but with two sides – so one team goes out onto the street in their recognisable uniforms to give practical help and comfort, and our prayer team is doing the essential behind the scenes work, meeting to pray for our city and our evening economy using the internet and over Zoom – and the two teams stay in regular contact with each other to make sure the City is well cared for.
 
Some of the ways we do things may be a little different to how they used to be – they have to be to ensure we keep ourselves and those we engage with safe in our ongoing Covid-19 environments – but we are still out there as we always were ready to Care, Listen, and Help as we go about offering pastoral and practical support however we can to the venues and other organisations that serve our City, and to their staff, to the revellers, and to everyone else we meet on the streets of Lincoln, whoever they are and whatever their circumstances.
