Fred Revell started with Ashford Street Pastors only 1 year after the initiative started, in 2011. He has been a dedicated member of the Street Pastor Team, patrolling the streets to care for, listen to and help any and all who might need some kind of assistance. In a recent radio interview, he mentioned a time where there was a big fight brewing, with lots of pushing and shoving. He told how the Street Pastors and Prayer Pastors on Duty that evening, prayed over the situation and that miraculously the fight just never escalated and just dissipated before their eyes. This year (2024) Fred is retiring at the ripe old age of 83 having served the people of Ashford faithfully for 13 years. Fred has been a very valued member of the Team and will be missed.
