Welcome To Canterbury Street Pastors Website

We invite you to find out more about our ministry in the historic Cathedral City of Canterbury.

We are part of a national team first pioneered in 2003, and Street Pastors continues to grow throughout the UK and across the world.

Street pastors are trained volunteers from local churches who care about our local community.

We are usually on patrol from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m. on a Saturday night to care for, listen to and help people who are out on the streets.

Our Prayer Pastors back at base or at home are in regular contact with the Street Pastors, praying for the city of Canterbury, the people out and about and the situations the Street Pastors find themselves in.

We are led by our local coordinator and are supported by local churches and community groups in partnership with the police, local council and other statutory agencies.

We hope you enjoy browsing our website.
