Saturday was a very quiet night, probably due to it being very cold with strong winds. In fact, one of the first things we did was to make ‘safe’ a sign that had become ‘unsafe’ down Lord Street, and was swinging in the wind, only attached at one side.

Thank you to the people of Banks who again provided the sandwiches which was distributed to the homeless and otherwise needy. They were just the type of sandwiches that go down well, ham and beef on white bread with no salad. We got good comments. 🙂
