The team was out with Betty and Carole and despite the freezing temperatures (-2 degrees), it was surprisingly busy.
We had lots of great conversations but mainly worked with the homeless community. We were able to give out plenty of coffee and butties. Unfortunately, the situation is very sad in Southport.
With a new development, the pub and nightclub door staff have been issued with hand held metal detectors, this made our night interesting. Emma was frisked to check the new equipment was up to scratch!!! Door staff are so friendly now. ?
All in all a very good night. We received a very warm welcome on this chilly night in Southport.
Thank you for all your support!
