OUR TRUSTEES

OUR CHAPLAINS

We recognise that there are occasions when Street Pastors may need to talk to someone other than their Team Leader or Church Leader. This may be after a significant event while out on the street. Street Pastors should consider if it is appropriate to contact a Chaplain or whether there is someone else who could help resolve the issue in the first instance.

Parvin Stewart

Parvin Stewart – who is married to Jim Stewart, vicar at St James’ – has taken over from Alice Bates, who has moved out of the area. Parvin has been a prayer pastor for 5 years and is a great supporter of our ministry. She also co-ordinates St James’ work with children and young people.

Parvin’s role is to support the female Street Pastors.

Bob Street is a United Reformed Church [URC] minister, having worked as part of a husband and wife team, looking after 3 churches in Tunbridge Wells until he retired in March 2014.
